I believe creativity is innate. That we all have a desire to contribute something original to this world. Something of ourselves.

When we engage in a practice it doesn’t have to be an attempt to get better at anything. It doesn’t need to mean picking up a new hobby or task. It can exist for the simple purpose of grounding us in something we find value in.
